The final admission time may vary by up to ±90 minutes from the time selected during booking. Once the ticket has been issued, you must arrive at the exact time indicated, as entry to the Colosseum during a different time slot is not permitted. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes in advance.
The Colosseum has an accessible route that allows visitors to explore much of the first level and access the second level via elevators. It also has accessible restrooms and a limited number of wheelchairs.
The main entrances to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill are accessible to wheelchair users. However, some sections have slopes, uneven surfaces and other accessibility difficulties, so we recommend checking the available accessible route in advance.

No. Once the booking request has been made, it is not possible to change the name, date or time, or cancel the tickets. Refunds are also not available for personal, medical or work-related reasons, or due to trip cancellation.
These conditions are displayed during the purchase process and must be accepted before completing the booking.
The only exception is if the monument closes. In this case, you will automatically receive a 100% refund of the ticket amount through the same payment method used for the purchase.
